The only one of its kind in Canada, the AMMI Canada – CACMID Annual Conference provides an interactive opportunity for experts in the fields of diagnostic microbiology, antimicrobial stewardship, infectious diseases, infection prevention and control, and public health to meet.
This year's conference will be held virtually and is expected to attract over 450 attendees from across Canada and internationally. The 2021 conference will provide updates on a variety of topics to a diverse audience of clinicians, microbiologists, laboratory technologists, public health professionals, infection prevention and control practitioners, students and residents.
In addition to the Trainees’ Day, Sunday, April 25, the full conference program, April 26 - 30, will include plenary sessions, state-of-the-art clinical lectures, integrated symposia, short oral presentations, poster presentations and workshops (live and on-demand).
Along with the scientific component, there will be an interactive virtual exhibit hall and a networking lounge providing ample opportunity for attendees to network, exchange ideas and reconnect with colleagues, all within the comfort of their own home or office!
